Mayport Trace apartments needs some serious revisions everything to old and outdated in the apartments. The room space in the apartment are very small and inadequate. The rent is very high priced especially for the poor quality of the apartments. Here in the beaches and this area of town prices are in general to high but quality is usually better. The office staff and assistant manger here is very nice but that does not negate the poor quality of the apartments nor the poor gated community security features that never works. The laundry facility are the poorest quality I have ever lived in with they have more problems from the laundry equipment and the contracted company they choose to use than what a normal apartment complex would tolerate. Maintenance has improved tremendously with the new Christian Hispanic guy that works here. I believe apartment complex is very old and originally was not taken care of under the original management but with a lot of work it has potential and the pleasant staff and improvements on maintenance is a positive start.
