The complex is owned by 5 different people. 95% out here is crack whores with drug dealers and prostitution. People let their children run wild and destroy other peoples properties and litters everywhere. Vehicles and apartments being broken into, have to listen to the neighbors music whether or not you want to listen to it. Some of the ------ here are very racist. That is how it use to be. The apartments are much better now. All of the drugs and pros are gone.
