We came here on vacation to find an apartment before the big move. We looked at this place first, then a few others and ended up coming back and getting this one. We love it here. The apartments are nice, they just put a new roof on all of the buildings and cut down trees for the parking lot lights. The office and maintainance staff are fast to respond and the work is done quickly and correctly. There is LOTS of parking, NO problems with the neighbors, and VERY quiet at night. We moved from VA Beach, being stationed at Oceana from Eastwind apartments. It was HORRIBLE there! They are nothing like Otter Run. I like it so much, we are trying to get my MOM to move up here!!
