Otter Run is by far one of the best ones around. The maintenance guys are fast and know their work. You don't wait a week, they're usually there within a few hours or at the most a day later. They do a great job with the grounds and there is more parking than anyone could ask for. The noise level is minimal(toads and crickets caan get on your nerves sometimes). Overall a definite 4 or 5 star!!
