yes I have lived here for almost 2 years.My husbands in the navy in we have never had a problem. there remodeling the apartments as I speak.there great in comfortable.parking is a little bit tight in the front builds but if people didnt have a bunch of cars everyone would be able to park.the management is great you gotta love edwina she's the sweetest person you will ever met..also the pool area here is kept up and so clean. you have your own water heater.they supply the air filters for your ac/heaters every month..there great to military and offer the partners ship program where they take your rent half on the 15th in half on the 1st.Otter Run has changed so much since I have moved here in you are safe here we have 3 police officers that live here at the moment also police officers protrol the area on a regular bases.. Also when you come to checdk out the apartments to look at them they show you apartments that are for rent and you may put a deposit on the one you like. tile kitchen,bathroom,and enterance ways.Carpet everywhere else.Also they clean your carpets for free once a year after your lease renewal..I love this place in wouldnt want to live anywhere else in this area..P.S. also quite

Otter Run is a great place to live, recently my husband was transfered to the Tallahassee area, I hated to move this was my home for the last 5 years. Otter Run is a quite, safe place to live and the trees and landscaping are beautiful. Our friends have said at one time or another, "Otter Run looks like a country setting at the beaches, it is very nice. The office and maintenance staff are very professional, and friendly. When I had a maintenance issue if it was serious they were there immediately if it was something minor they usually took care of that problem the same day. I know if we every move back to Jacksonville we WILL move back home to Otter Run.
