The Beaches Getto... Hookers & Crackhead included

The worst living experience of my life. It's true what they say, "Cheap rent attracts cheap renters."
I was blessed to have a neighbor who just received a nice sized workers comp check.
Enter the crackhead hookers. All day & every night for 6 months. And the landlord/owner did nothing.
