Nothing but trouble

The move to this apt has been the worst experience of my life. The management is totally unresponsive. I have been there for 3 weeks with no AC. The apt was not in move in shape when I moved in, and that was after I delayed move in by one week. I am basically renting a room with a lot of storage space.
