This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. We have mold in the walls, leaking water, holes in the walls, roach and ant infestation, none of the lighting outside the apartment works, which makes us feel very unsafe at night; every problem you can name, we have it. The management completely ignores our problems, forgetting about them five minutes after we express our issues to them. After we got a pet, the staff didn't let us know that we needed to pay a pet deposit until a day before it was due, not to mention they didn't even have the courtesy to give it to us in person (they left it on our door, even though we were home). We've had nothing but stress and issues, the neighbors are incredibly disrespectful, there are SWAT team raids almost every week because multiple drug dealers live in this complex, and to top it all off, one of the superintendents was just arrested the other day for incestual pedophilia (showing his daughter pornographic films, then raping her).

This place is nothing but trouble; the neighborhood is terribly dangerous, and only ex-convicts, mental patients, sex offenders and drug dealers live here. There are plenty of other better complexes in Atlantic Beach and Jacksonville that are safer, equally priced, an' actually CARE about the tenants. AVOID MOVING IN HERE AT ALL COSTS.
