Otter Run Apartments 67% Recommended May 09 2008: yes I have lived here for almost 2 years.My husbands in the navy in we have never had a problem. there remodeling the apartments as I speak.there great in comfortable.parking is a little bit tight in the front builds but Atlantica Condominiums (formerly Pioneer Point Apartments) 67% Recommended Apr 14 2008: My husband and I just moved in and I am very pleased with the condo area...the grounds are we kept and there is night security. I stayed there with my Wife and two sons who were very young at the time. There are lots of friendly people.
