Pretty good place to live - It's been a while since I lived at Mallard Cove (2005-2007), but I did like it for the most part when I did live there. Positives: 1. Great place to live These apartments are quiet and secluded - Plenty of parking. Management has always been on top of things for us and we've been here over 4 years now! Child friendly and adult friendly too. I highly recommend it.

OUTSTANDING! Clean and very well maintained. Rules well established and very fair. Do not have to worry about trashy nieghbors and vehicles abaondoned. Several friends have moved in and will stay until they transfer. Recommend to every serice member, safe place for family while on deployment.

Nice Place To Live I was the first resident of Atlantica since it was renovated. I'm very happy with the developers interest in keeping up the property. Everything is new and my wife loves the kitchen. The place is gated and security patrols at night very well. My son loves the pool.

Good experience I lived at Atlantic Arms for 2 years and had a wonderful rental experience with them. I enjoyed the location there and even able to walk to Supermarket. I would recommend this apartment complex and may even come back next year hope they take me back. Leaving NY
