The Venture Aventura was the worst place I've ever lived. Residents throw garbage in the halls, parking lot, off their terraces, etc. They have a deal with a company that provides satellite, phone, and internet. You have no choice but to use them! My internet was out about 50 times in a year. (Sometimes for a week!)The TV would lose satellite signal if a cloud rolled past. My cars were both damaged by the neighboring cars and the leaking parking lot. Several times my assigned parking space was occupied by someone else. The mgmt cared about neither. If you're truely handicapped, you'll have to fight for a parking space. Many cars sitting in those spaces for months at a time. All of the residents using those parking spaces walk perfectly fine from my observations. Inside my unit, I could hear noise from several floors away. Usually music, or people screaming at 3 AM. Police needed to be called many times for noise, etc. The building's security was useless. They would tell me to call the police because they were unable to shut people up. Both buildings at this development are like a college dormatory in a third world nation. Oversized dogs all over the place. Dogs left on terraces for hours barking and crying to get in. I wouldn't live there again for free.
