This is the worst building in Aventura.

While it is pretty looking, everything about it is garbage.

Lets start with management. First off, they harass tenants. Certain tenants receive preferrential treatment for certain requests. They dont return calls, they issue demands, and they close their office at Noon. The manager, "Yillian" is the rudest property manager i've ever encountered.

The Maintenance: They wont step foot in your apartment. If you have a leak, a water problem, an air problem, any minor problems, which is what they are there for, they will tell you "its not my problem, call your landlord"

The parking: The valet in this building might be worse than the management. You can call 20 minutes early for your car and still wait 30 more minutes.

the actual apartments: I can hear every single noise that is made in any of the surrounding apartments.

The cable provider: a company called h control that exists only in this building and this building has a contract with. They offer you dish network at boosted dish network prices and absolutely none of the dish network features. Programs that friends who live across the street see are blacked out in my apartment.

I know yilian and she is great.There is one person in that building that is rude, ugly and hate everyone amd her name is Erica. Catalina is an excellent person and very cooperative, unfortunatelly the board in the building is like an adult community , but they will leave eventually.There are pretty good agents working in this building to make this building a better place , such as Diana, Patricia , Vivian , MAti garcia, Betina . Mayra or ricardo ...Jenny sucks dont go for her she is a thief

Hi! I used to live there and gladly I moved out right on time...I agree with you about Catalina; to mine and my community's luck she is now working for us (small world)...She is the greatest. I am very sorry that you have missed out on one of the best Customer Service oriented person that I have known; due to the ignorance of "Yillian" -which her Property Manager license shall be cancelled by the State of Florida- and the poor judgement of the B.O.D. Tuff Luck!
