The bets thing ever ,Samira is leaving the building.Everything is quiet now.....
Halways are clean and the building is Fun.
the worst problem in the building is vicky the board and owner of the garage, she goes like a police everyday checking for security there,
the building allows monthly rentals and is excellent for a short stay of a month or two,.As a vacational property.
the day a new board with young people comes would be nice!!!
I just rented for a month there and I was very well treated by Wendy the manager of the west building.
the agents... call diana , patricia , betina , blanca they are very helpfull all of them... oscar at the east is great !!!!
fabiola during the week ends is amazing!!!!

Someone needs a happy pill. Take your snotty remarks somewhere else. Just because you are unhappy with your experience doesn't mean you have the right to bash someone else because they spelled a few things incorrectly. Take your misdirected anger elsewhere. PS People like YOU, who have attitudes like this are the reason FLORIDA people have a ------ reputation.

To: Anonymous from 1/22/09...I agree with the one who "needs a happy pill." He speaks the truth and with a clear mind because he doesn't take the happy pill. Happy pills are designed for just that, being happy. Someone needs to tell it like it is in that building. Apparently you don't have a problem with the person who started the thread (we'll call him, Party Boy). Sounds to me like he's doing a little bashing. Samira is leaving (the bets thing) and Vicky is bad for trying police the bldg. I don't think that's bad. Vicky was probably just trying to keep hers and your home a nice, safe, clean place to live. I commend Vicky. If I were still living there, I'd welcome that concern for the bldg. Nobody cares about anything there. It's a rudderless ship! Renting to "party boy" makes The Venture a worse place. Good luck trying to sleep when he's playing music at full volume and you need to up at 6 AM to go to work. ;) I'd say Mr. or Mrs. Happy Pill is quite happy. They said they don't need to live in or rent their unit to anyone. A vacant unit is good. It'll be one less apt full of noise and disregard for everyone else.
