The apartments have aweful mold problems. All of our furniture was destroyed. Many residents are ill. Management is untrustworthy and deceiving. Don't be fooled by the beautiful lobby, many are ill in the building.

This is by far the worst bldg. in South Florida. I'd rather live in a cockroach infested place than the so called Prastegios Bal Harbour! Where do I begin, I paid two months in advance just to get out of my lease. You can't even take a ---- without first asking if it's okay by the "Men in Black" Security, Two the amenities are great when you are allowed to use them. Everything has so many rules that ofcourse DON'T APPLY TO OWNERS IN THE BLDG. I was once told that if I took my dog through the front door after they so inconvienently changed that rule i'd be charged a 500 dollar penatly fee after being warned 3 times. They had a beaultiful restaurant that could be used for much more than Stacey's special salad or whatever she called it. The women doesn't know how to take her dogs out let alone run a restaurant. She's ruid and highly inapropriate! Now on to the BLD itself. Whoever the developer is should have just left it knocked down because the bldg was done to cheaply ....mold issues, the carpet is horrendus, the kitchen and bathroom knobs are cheap and fall off. Maintenance.....WHAT MAINTENANCE>? LOL...Thats a joke. Noise, the only noise I hear is everytime i'm in a hall or elevator all the old people are complaining about how much there maintenance fee's are....i've got news for them.....it's not going to change because everybody that's in there will be gone at the end of there lease's if they don't get extremely sick from the mold first!! I saved the BEST FOR LAST....OFFICE STAFF, Carolina you need to think about switching your job because you are the worse porperty manager i've ever encountered. Changing rules every other month, fining people for the most rediculous things and all around your annoying as hell. You may want to think about a new career all together.
