Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
It's a pretty decent price considering its on the beach. However, it is an extremely old building. The neighbors are filthy and very noisy & the walls are paper thin between the apartments.

Harbour House is in Dade County which is the forth poorest county in the country.

I am stuck here because my wife likes it. She is used to living in filth so it does not bother her.
