I left due to three factors: 1) the construction, which I was wrongly told had been completed when signing the lease and which led to the mold problem, 2) the depressing number of physically sick extremely elderly people who live in the building - it's like living in an Old Age Home, with more nurses around the lobby than tenants, and 3)the long wait for valets to get your car (even though unlike most tenants I tipped them each time), more often parked outdoors than in the garage. NOW (2004) there is NOISY construction of a building next door. When that is completed one might reconsider, but not until then. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
