When I first moved into the building I thought It would be a great experience due to the location. Building is right next to luxurious Bal Harbour Shops. Unfortunately I was wrong. Well, right next to Harbour House towards water you can find bums in the garbage and drunk teenagers. That's why they have cop cars next to the building all the time. Management is very unprofessional, rude. Especially new manager Carolina. Parking is very far from the lobby, they always have A/C leaks, hallways smell. Cafe in the lobby smells very bad. I used to find roaches in my apartment when i first moved in and also found one in spa one day. Recently they discontinued a towel service. Valet is so slow and hardly can speak English; they need to hire more people. Prices are very unreasonable for what it is. I would never buy anything in that building.
