| This is one of the best building I have ever lived in. From the private beach entrance to the great staff. Very thorough service. The apartments are spacious and well laid out. | ||||||||||||

| The apartments have aweful mold problems. All of our furniture was destroyed. Many residents are ill. Management is untrustworthy and deceiving. Don´t be fooled by the beautiful lobby, many are ill in the building. | ||||||||||||
