Unreasonably expensive, very small apartments(uncomfortably so), very RUDE staff, manipulative management that will blatantly deny you the terms of your contract. Beautiful on the outside and horribly maintained on the inside. Had a nightmare experience and would wish no one the same. Although close to Longwood, it's NOT worth it ! Found a MUCH nicer and CHEAPER apartment in Brookline.
