So-So It´s a pretty decent price considering its on the beach. However, it is an extremely old building. The neighbors are filthy and very noisy & the walls are paper thin between the apartments.

Aweful! The apartments have aweful mold problems. All of our furniture was destroyed. Many residents are ill. Management is untrustworthy and deceiving. Don´t be fooled by the beautiful lobby, many are ill in the building.
