you really dont want to live here..there is not adequate parking and today i got a cert letter saying my rent was jumping up to double what i am paying now..which is not in my lease...also if i leave i will be breaking the lease and responsible for the penalties so if i stay i'm doubled rent...in other words screwed either way! If I hire an attorney it will cost me more than it would to just stay and finish out my lease. gotta love them...oh lets not forget to mention...the new owners are turning the crappy apts into condos and selling them for ridiculous prices for example a 1bdrm/1 bth they are wanting 129,000..HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH NOT for what'' the view of the whacked retention pond that has nothing other than litter and dead fish in' give me a break!
