GREAT but......

The complex is great.

If anything is not working properly, it is fixed immediately.

The kids are great, no hoodlums since I have lived here in the past 2 years, nor have I had anything stollen.

Apparently the earlier years must of been hard times here, but I can tell you the lady that is manager now does not put up with nonsense and the place is nice and full of friendly neighbors.

But....though cute and in great condition, the rent is too high for a place of this age, without the modern amenities that the newer apartments have for around the same price, and, this is Bartow not some big metro city.
