Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Despite being cute these apts aren't all they are cracked up to be.
I have lived here about a year and a half.
Three times it rained in the bathroom from the man living upstairs, the first time maintence said there was nothing they could do.
The 2nd they came to fix the problem, but their idea of fixing it and mine are quite different it seems.
The third time they did manage to...thankfully.
still,when our 7 month lease was up, we were still willing to sign another.
Another 7 month, not the year contract they tricked us into signing.
We were under the impression we were signing a 7 month.
Deciete is not a way to keep satified customers.
Our rent was also kept the same while others went down nearly $100.
Today i woke up and the front part of the apt was flooded, due to a faulty AC.
The maintence was very quick to respond.
