Maintenence Man Joe is awesome, always came to fix problems with my apartment in a very timely manner, Great guy!

Site manager linda was great and knew what she was doing doing. The new guy Mel isnt that wonderful. He means well but he doesnt know what he is doing..

Ive called the police on my neighbor (the one i had when i first moved in) numerous times. I would hear his 13 year old daughter scream while he abused her while he was drunk and high on crack.

As more and more of the 90 year old widows die out and thier vacant apartment is rented out to low lifes. If your white, and come here to live you will be the minority. Its only gonna get worse.

In March of 2006, my fiance was RAPED by an unknown black male in his 20's while i9 worked 3rd shift at my job.. that should be enough said.

We are out of here by halloween i cant wait to leave this place. I lived in Westside Jacksonville, that was safer then this place..


This used to be a nice place at one time, but if you look at the paper work when filling it out at the top it will say "Housing Project#" dont ignore that like i did.
