Welcome to my nightmare - The janitor is a disgusting, hostile, obnoxious, bigmouthed slob. He lives on the premises and thinks he runs the place. He is nosy and follows the comings and goings of all the tenants. The landlord won't do anything about him - I guess he works cheap. A miserable place to live. San Marco could be great or could be awful - The grounds of this complex are beautiful. Unlike many other places there are mature trees that provide a spectacular atmosphere.
