I totally disagree with the previous review. I bought too in Addison Pointe and it is a very safe and clean place to live. My family loves living here, it has a great fitness center, heated pool and clubhouse. The property manager is wonderful to everyone who lives here. I have told my friends to buy in here, it is a good investment for all you get. It is so quite here and the neighbors are all very friendly.
