Very unhappy at Gables Boca Place

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
There is no parking. The grounds are not well kept. The neighbors are loud and obnoxious. The staff is rude. There is trash overflowing the trash cans. It was much nicer the first year I lived here but with the constant turn over in tenants it is hard to even keep track of neighbors. There is always someone new moving in. It has changed.
