I lived in Golden Palms apartment for one year and I would have left it much sooner but I didn't want to pay the fee to break my lease. My apartment was always full of roaches and that made it extremely uncomfortable to live. There was always plenty of noise in the parking lot especially at night. None of my windows were properly sealed and when it rained the rain flies would come in through the cracks. The property is often unclean with big, nasty, weird bugs in the pool.
