When we moved in there was a horrible ant problem, the air conditioner has broken 4 times because they wouldn't pay to have it repaired properly, the gate went from being staffed 24-7 to a broken dial system that doesn't operate so anyone can come in and out, you can hear everything going on in the surrounding apts, esp on the ground floor. The lease is manipulative and they misrepresented our termination fee at signing. This place is NOT worth the extremely high prices you'll pay to live here and I'm moving out after 7 months of residency
