I think I might like the place if I never had to deal with the office and I was in my 20's and was up all night drinking. I found the people in the office unpleasant to work with several times but ...

The real problems:
1. Noise--concerts I can deal with--but fire-alarms at 4:00 PM by partying people are something else entirely. If you face the street the view is good--but expect light and sound (cars honking) until well past 12:00 on Fridays and weekends.

2. The stairwell has people urinating in it after concerts--which are fairly common. It's not especially classy to take a girl back and smell urine even standing outside the stairwell, much less in it.

People had urinated in the *elevator* several times as well as broken glass. The place does look classy at first--I mean, they try--kinda--but it's a young crowd and there's a lot of drinking. You wouldn't think it from being there in the day time.

3. Someone repeatedly parked in my spot. The policy doesn't tow them so you're just kind of helpless. It was someone who worked in the plaza or maybe another tennant (they had an access clicker).

4. If you ever miss a payment you're screwed. I put my payments on an electronic cycle and that worked fine but if you miss one: a 200.00 late charge and they won't take cash or a check--you need to go to your bank. Their contract renews automatically (which they will not tell you) and the money you pay for a key-fob security device you don't get back even though you have to return the key-fob. Things like that.
