If you don't mind paying top dollar for a cheap apartment(appliances,etc.)as well as "no" screens on any of the windows, then rent here. Also having enough hot water for just one "short" shower or bath is always a problem. The office staff are quite unfriendly for the most part and if you are late just once on your rent, they will charge you an enourmous amount in penalty plus they will only take cash thereafter. The place need new piping as I sometimes get chunks of black stuff (mildew' mold')coming out of the water faucets. All I can say is these places need major renovation, esp. for the ridiculous high rent they charge. Not worth the noise to live at Mizner Park also due to the businesses, concerts, and honking cars so look around the general area and you will get a lot more for your money any other place you go. Enough said.
