	It is near FAU so you don't need car. Hospital and CVS is right there. Also book store it there. It is conveinent. I would recomend this to all students.

	These are condos, so mainenance is dependant on your landlord. There are a lot of students which is mostly ok, but can get very loud. The walls are paper thin. Any noise from any unit around you is very loud. ... more
