$$$ for Valet Trash ????? Yes, this is a new fee that residents will have to pay. This is Boca Arbor's fee, not FPL or NES. Now Boca Arbor will charge its residents a montlhy fee for Valet Trash. like we cannot walk 20 steps to throw our own trash. this is the most ridiculous thing!

Barking... Barking This place has gone to the dogs. One dog that lives close to me doesn't even bark: It screeches, at anything that moves. And they all bark and woof at each other, even after midnight sometimes. Other than that this place's alright.

It is a college dormitory with people found there who have no business being there.
CRIME IS HIGH AND THIS CAN BE VERIFIED WITH THE BOCA POLICE DEPARTMENT.

I like it! This place is great! Met some nice people, place is quiet, when things go wrong they take care of if promptly. The only thing I regret is not having a bigger balcony, but hey you're renting!
