I like it Not the best, but far from bad. I've been here since 2006, most neighbors are nice and crew is professional while being very down to earth. Some appliances are old and parking sucks. If I have a problem, I talk to Janette and she usually is quick to solve it. Love you,

Great Place to Live! This is really a great community. It is very private, tucked away from traffic, with a private road that surrounds the community. The manager is wonderful, she makes everyone feel comfortable here and keeps the grounds beautiful.

fairly okay I live in a one bedroom apartment and it hasn t been that bad at all. It gets quiet at night, if anyone is making noise its me. Heard about break ins, but never expirienced one. Maintainance is not too great, most of the time it s something urgent and they keep you waiting

The Truth I lived in Golden Palms apartment for one year and I would have left it much sooner but I didn't want to pay the fee to break my lease. My apartment was always full of roaches and that made it extremely uncomfortable to live. There was always plenty of noise in the parking lot

Great Place to Live! I totally disagree with the previous review. I bought too in Addison Pointe and it is a very safe and clean place to live. My family loves living here, it has a great fitness center, heated pool and clubhouse. The property manager is wonderful to everyone who lives
