The board of directors for the gardens of bonita made it to where I cant move in on my move in date because they took so long to approve us. Not a good start.
Apartments are nice, nothing special about the outside. Pool is full 24/7, mailboxes are on opposite side of development. Not enough parking.

Looking like a hellhole already.

Sorry for your bad experience. My experience was the opposite. Tenant application was processed in one day - I went to the Association Office (nearby). They were polite, kind and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained including the pool - which is NOT crowded - and the mailboxes are next to the clubhouse so don't be lazy -just walk by or drive by when you are arriving or leaving. Attitude helps - get a positive one!
