When I first moved my family into this place it wasn't too bad. However, once the new management company took over, things went downhill fast. Parking is terrible after 6pm. They don't even bother with assigned spots. The new management company will rent to anyone that will throw money at them. Noise and disturbances have become a constant and MAJOR problem (I've had to call the police repeatedly). The security gates haven't worked in over a year and a half. The only good thing I will say is that the maintenance staff are quick and do a good job. Beyond that, I haven't enjoyed living in a ghetto with a glossy facade.
