I have been a happy renter here at Monterra. As I have moved in about two years ago, I have no problems. Any time that I had something broken in my apartment, it was fixed in the same day. The people at the office are very pleasant. I absolutely love my two bedroom. My bedroom closet is amazing and I love my vaulted ceilings. Monterra is a beautiful property and I would recommend this place.
