The Jefferson apartments are now The Sanctuary at Imperial River. Since the change of owners my "sanctuary" has been repeatedly infringed upon. The company has had representatives in my apartment at least 3 times and the pool has gone frigid, not to mention my rent checks have been lost twice. This does not include the recent graffiti, the heavy traffic and misdirected enrances due to construction or the fact that I have been evacuated due to the apartments proximity to a major gas line. I do not feel this comunity deserves a very high rating and I intend to move out as soon as my lease is up.
