Poor sound attenuation between floors you can hear everything from above.

Standard window mini blinds, apartment quality, nothing special. I have crappy, rough berber in my unit with what feels to be a 4lb pad (VERY Thin).

Toilet always clogs, and when you flush it, the dang thing splashes all over the place. Definately no sprayer at kitchen and base quality appliances. My dishwasher barely cleans anything.

All interior doors are hollow, and the stops have pierced some of them.

Trash is constantly heaped outside compactor after a weekend. no one seems to want to put their trash in the compactor.

$110 extra for a garage space.

Live here if you want, but it is over priced, and a typical A- apartment, a bit sub-par for Gables if you ask me.
