Nice, but poorly managed

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
When I moved here in 2000 I loved it, but it has steadaly gone downhill since, most every weekend you will find squad cars or sheriff's vechiles somewhere on property in response to a break-in, domestic disturbance, or some sort of wild, loud party, dogs in the swimming pool, broken entry gates, trash on property, etc. I was proud to say I lived here. No more. Sad to let such a nice area get such a reputation.
