Overall the community seems pleasant enough. Once you get in, it is a different story. I have had so many problems with the office staff and they act like they could care less that you live there. They take no circumstance into consideration when it comes to rent, like my grandmother dying, so I was a day late with rent. I had to pay a $75 late fee and was told the computer brings it up and there is no way around it. Yet, down the road when they don't mark that I paid my rent on time and come after me for being late, the late fee mysteriously goes away when I show them the error.

For what you pay and for being called luxury apartments, you can find better. The walls and floors are thin (I can here my downstairs neighbor's alarm going off at 5:30 am), the staff is unresponsive, and simple things that you pay for in your rent to be in a "luxury" place just aren't there (for example, it is a gated community but the gates are broken and left open half the time). mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
