Ok so my lease is almost up at The Villas Of Pelican Landing - Should I stay or should I go is the big question! Since my last review the people below have moved out which was a true blessing! We had peace and quiet for about a month. Now we have a party couple below us that must have their music at volumes that must hurt their ears' Why' You are in one room and the apartment isn't that big' So why play the music loud' Who can really answer this question. Anyhow I will give credit to the Maint. staff for keeping this place clean and that is a big plus. Today I will write a letter filing a complaint on the noise level and we will see what they will do about it. I have a stereo that is more than likely louder and will take advantage of it should they continue...but only at 3:00 am to get revenge. Keep it up! $1,100.00 a month is something you would think would be worth something to the eyes of the property management. GF vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
