We have lived here for almost two years now and we are definitely not renewing our lease. Things have gone down-hill since living here. Noise is a huge issue-children running everywhere at all hours, unsupervised, because they have no where safe to play, walls are very thin to the point that you can hear your neighbors going to the bathroom and worse! It is a great location and attractive property however the management is lacking professionalism. They have a program that if you refer someone to sign a lease you receive $400...well we referred someone over three months ago with no check in site.
