OK, I've lived in a number of apartments and after 6 months I'm fairly happy with my time at the Villas. Floorplans are attractive, parking is fine, the place is kept clean, and any maintainance requests I've had were handled promptly. The place is well lit and has always felt safe.
On the downside, there have been problems with kids partying in the pool after midnight (loud enough to keep me awake) and the gate was broken for more than a month at one point. Oh well.
No apartment complex is paradise and some problems should be expected, but this place is a resort compared to most apartments in southwest Florida...
