Well I am one of many on list to complain but this is the most current as of 12/11/06. The first problem I have been complaining about which management will not do anything about is the noise factor from people around you. You can here everyone having sex, I almost feel like Im in a dorm room again in college, you can also hear everyone walking above and almost follow their path, and last night I heard someones washing cycle going' I lived in worst places like River Reach Apartments known as River Roach Crime Infested Thug Apartments. Other than the noise being the worst, the next is parking spots. People tend to take your own car spot and the funny thing is that you live with these people who do this to you whom know who you are! Im like what the!!! Also, anyone having a stereo, watch out, youll learn to know what they like. Also, complex is made really cheap so air condition, and anything revolving around electrical is starting to have problems. Conclusion to all this... Management does not want to do anything about this and just laugh it off. You have to deal with these problem yourself or by facing your neighbors which mine arent friendly after being very nice of letting them know of their noises. My girlfriend and I are too afraid to make more complaints due possible vandelizing of our cars and such. I would recommend another place unless this is one of your last options.

I was going to say "Get a life" but I actually mean "Get some ear plugs" because if your only complaint is noise, then you'd better move to the country. Every condo, hotel, and apartment complex has the same problem with potential noise. Also regarding your comment that things are cheap, you are not paying luxury condo fees. If you want a little higher quality, just move to the other side of the fence to Pelican Landing. You'll still have the noise but things are made a little more expensively. Of course, the monthly costs are approximately three times what you are paying! (If you do choose to move to the country, you might want to take advantage of the peace and quiet and study English composition. Your writing skills would indicate that the schools that you attended were also quite cheap.)

Oh my gosh - the response above is crazy - This person must of not lived here. The walls a like a dorm room and our paper thin just read my comments from years ago. I had to read the reviews of this place to see if it got any better. Doesn't look like it. All it sounds like is they got a new name and make you pay for the crap. All they have is the location across from the mall other than that i'm sure they still are terrible.

May be it is time to take association to court and make them pay for they unresposivness? Or call local municipalities, Mangment absolutely not friendly and not respongon to calls because they hire children to work In economy like that The president and managment have to work hard to keep property in best coditioWe will start compain against association.

wow this happypoolandshopper must be a real estate person trying to sell the condos at Pelican Landings or the management crew. Oh and the "Get some ear plugs" so I take it when a person pays rent near a $1000 a month is suppose to ignore the noise from neighbors above or next to you and what not? Are you for real? This really must have come from an owner of the condos here or someone trying to sell them {I know I have said this twice,sorry). I have lived in these condos for a year and all I can say is that I compare them to be a step up from Government Housing. Noise is a huge factor, dirty, and I love how people try to sneak behind your car to get inside the gates. I think for paying this much rent I believe you should get a lot more security and a little more quality of living compared to cheaper apartments I have seen. Oh and for the guy who actually cares about someone's English composition and to tell someone to move out to another country for a more quieter life? You have no clue what it was like living in here at all. So go back to your lavishing gated community home and discontinue reading other people's reviews because you like to check their grammar.
