I am a renter here and have great owners but the property management stinks for lack of a better word. They get nothing done, the sprinkler system has destroyed the paint on my car (recycled water) (spoke to them 1 month ago) and you can here all the drunk people come home late at night from our 3rd floor bedroom. Also the hot tub hasnt been in operation in over 6-8 months because we have not had the gates working to keep out vandals and non residents. How about me' I wanna sit in the dang thing! Very frustrating, but ideal location and good rent price.
