I think this place assumes people are stupid. I believe the exact words said by management was, "Their rules, supercedes Florida laws." Huh! That's funny, I didn't know this tiny place had such power. Fire alarms go off whenever. Management walks in homes without knocking, then turn around and say they forgot anyone lived in it. The gate is usally broken or very slow, but still allow people to sneak by.
