I have owned at the Tides since it became Condos in 2005. The improvements have been slow but steady. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. While problems have existed with the gates most of this is due to people breaking them while trying to trespass on the property. There are security cameras in place and many of these trespassers have been caught and turned over to the Sheriff's office for proper handling.

Each unit has its own assigned parking spot and there are many guest spots for additional cars.

Most of the negitive complaints come from people who refuse to obey the rules and think they do not have to.

I will continue to live here as the place is wonderful.
