Love my apartment - I have lived at Monterra for 2years and have never had any problems. The property itself is kept up with very well even with the not so freindly raccoons who try to spread trash from the enclosed area. The office staff is always quick to respond to any question or concern I have as well as have maintenance come to fix anything that goes wrong.
