Pros and Cons - The positive aspect of this complex is that the neighbors are friendly, and so is the management. There is a policy that if you put in a work order it will be fulfilled within 2 days or you get free rent until it is not fixed - and they do, obviously, fix a problem the day you put in a request or the next.
