There was noise at all hours of day and night but for the most part people seemed friendly and the office staff and maintenance people were great. Any problems were responded to same day to two days at most. After reading reviews of repairs not done following months of complaining suddenly a little noise doesn't seem too bad.
I have heard of break ins and car thefts but have not experienced either while there.

Parking was pretty bad at night and sometimes there were odd people lurking around. Being a single young female sometimes I would wait in my parked and locked car until whoever it was moved off.
If not for the prices having seriously gone up I would consider living there again.
