Well appointed and maintained

Tucked away off Woolbright between I-95 and Congress, the Aventine is a safe gated community with a lot to offer. The complex itself features beautiful landscaping, pool, volleyball court, putting green, and kids playground. Parking is ample and residents can usually park right in front on their units. Office staff is very helpful and friendly, although the management company has recently changed and some staff will likely leave. Maintenance is attentive and problems are corrected swiftly. Residents are very friendly and overall tend to be a bit younger, but there are all age groups represented here. Very quiet, with only faint noise seeping in to the apartments from outside or from other units.
The apartments themselves are well laid out and appointed. In a two bedroom, the rooms are on the small side (master is just 11'3" by 10'2" and second bedroom is 11'3" by 11'3"), but both rooms will fit a queen size bed, two night stands, and a dresser. The apartment is very good for a single person or young couple who converts the second bedroom into an office/den. Closets are spacious, but not huge. Living room and dining room are well appointed with crown moldling and light fixtures. Dining room will easily fit a square four-person table. There is ample space to fit a couch, loveseat, coffee table, side table and entertainment unit into the living room. Kitchen is open and features white cabinets and appliances and a stainless steel split sink. A laundy room with full-size washer and dryer is next to the kitchen. The patio is screened in on the first two floors and is large enough to fit a patio set and decorative plants and flowers. There are absolutely no complaints with the two bathrooms in the unit. Both are very large with nice tile and full-size mirrors throughout. But bath enthusiasts will love the tubs themselves--huge garden tubs in each bathroom.
Overall, the Aventine is a great place to call home.
